Men's Group Work Day

Our red storage barn is in major need of repair.  For our men’s group in May, we gathered to do some work on the shed, have fellowship and prayer, and cook some hamburgers and hotdogs.
The RLC Men's Group offers men a way to get together informally to socialize, study the Bible, pray for one another and gain new friends.

There are two ways to engage with the men’s ministry of RLC.

Thursday Breakfasts
We gather at a local restaurant at 8am on EVEN NUMBERED Thursdays. Get on the call or test list to keep up with locations. 

Monthly Gatherings
We have met at microbreweries, homes, church and even at Archery Traditions in Yukon.  Each month the location, day and time changes as we seek ways to get more people connected. ​

Men's Group in September

Saturday, September 27 at 8:30am at RLC
All RLC men (and any guests they want to bring) are invited to join us for our monthly gathering on Sat, Sept 27, at 8:30am.  

We will begin with a potluck breakfast (bring a breakfast item to share if you are able). Then we will watch a powerful video on sexual challenges men face called The Heart of Man and close with discussion and prayer.

Men's Group in May

We will meet on Sat, May 24 from 9:00-11:00am for Fishing at the Tharp's.

Our Men’s Group activity for May will be fishing at the Tharp’s pond.  No license needed.  Bring fishing gear if you have it and a lawn chair.  Let Pastor Mark or Steven Tharp know if you are interested, so you can get gate and parking info (and any other details).

Men's Group in March

We will meet either Sat, Mar 22 or Sat Mar 29 at 8:30am at RLC. 

If Andrew is able to join us for breakfast on the 22nd we will meet then.  If his (and our family’s) schedule is too busy that weekend we will meet for breakfast on Saturday the 29th.  Watch for an update.

Our first event in 2025: 

Good Food and Bible Study

Gain a deeper relationship with God and with other men at RLC. Combine good food and good conversation with a short Bible lesson and thought-provoking discussions.

Praying for Each Other

As Christian men, praying together can help us grow stronger in our faith and is a great way to support one another.

Socializing & Having Fun

Informal activities give us an opportunity to get to know each other on a more personal level and have some fun!
